Return Policy
Returns:
We offer 7 days return policy.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase (we'll accept screenshots).
- For returns, please email info@memoryclips.shop with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Try to include pictures. It'll help us out!
- We'll get back to you within 3 days. We'll will provide the you with instructions where to send returned goods. You're are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- When returned item is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly after.
Refunds in case of damaged/incorrect items:
In the unfortunate circumstance you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, just send us an email at info@memoryclips.shop with the subject "Damaged Parcel". Attach a few pictures of your parcel. Our team will review your request and either issue you a refund or send you another product, depending on what you choose.
SIZE EXCHANGE:
We accept any item for a different size (if it is unworn & your desired size is in stock).
ITEM EXCHANGE:
To exchange one item for a different item, requests must be sent by email and approved by our team.
If the package is missing or disposed after delivery attempts by your local post office, we do not held any responsibility for any unclaimed package
